Help transform a simple green meadow into the heart of Sauldorf. Currently, the village lacks a central meeting point where children, teenagers, and seniors can gather. This project aims to change that by creating a multigenerational square right in the center of the community.
You will be part of a collective effort to build a space that connects the historic village center with newer residential areas. By helping to develop this area, you are creating a place for people of all ages to meet, play, and socialize.
İş Tanımı
This is a diverse project involving construction and landscape maintenance. You will be actively involved in shaping the new square. Your tasks include building a fence, creating new paths, and setting up a multifunctional sports area. Furthermore, you will help design the playground and build wooden benches for the site. Expect to be painting, shoveling, and performing various outdoor tasks.
In the second week, there is a special highlight: From August 21 until August 23, a large anniversary festival hosted by the local rural youth association takes place. Young people from all over the region will gather for competitions, music, and dance. You will help with the logistics and are, of course, warmly invited to join the festivities.
Konaklama ve Yemek
The group will stay at the VfR Sauldorf clubhouse. The accommodation is only about 700 meters from the work site and is an easy walk. The facility features a large kitchen for preparing meals together, Wifi, and a TV. You will sleep on campbeds provided in the clubhouse rooms. Clean sanitary facilities are available directly on site. Please bring your own sleeping bag.

Sauldorf is a cozy village in the Upper Swabia region, perfectly situated between the Swabian Alb and Lake Constance. Despite its rural charm, the village provides everything needed for daily life. There is a local bakery offering fresh rolls and a butcher shop that sells groceries and serves a daily lunch menu.
The town of Meßkirch is only seven kilometers away and offers further shopping opportunities, bars, and restaurants. Nature enthusiasts can explore the nearby Sauldorfer Baggerseen bird sanctuary, which is famous for its rare bird species and beautiful walking trails.
