Area Vocational Rehabilitation Center II is a non-residential facility established as vocational rehabilitation centers to serve persons with disabilities (PWDs). It caters to those who have impairments in their vision, hearing, speech, mobility and those with other forms of physical, mental and social impairment, aged 18-59 years old, willing to acquire vocational skills and get employed, coming from three Philippine Visayas regions (Regions 6, 7 and 8).
