The Casa de la Palestina is a unique building in Huaquechula. Built in the 18th century, it stands out for its composite arches and interior moldings. It is located right next to the famous former convent of San Martín de Tours. This will be our setting for the conservation, rescue and enhancement project, in which we collaborate with the INAH Puebla Center, the H. City Council of Huaquechula and the state Secretariat of Culture. This is supported by the exchange of good practices that will be carried out through the French Embassy in Mexico, with the French association REMPART. Our mission is to revitalize this historic building to return it to the cultural activities of this population, with the possibility that it will soon house the site museum. With this, we contribute to the rescue of the Cultural Heritage, as well as to the improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants of Huaquechula.
