Kuruluş
Drentsche Aa National Park is a historic and cultural landscape shaped over centuries. The project works with Dutch State Forestry (SBB), the largest forest and nature management organization in the Netherlands. They take care of over 270,000 hectares of nature and 128 protected areas, which are home to 80% of the country’s plants and animals (biodiversity).

SBB focuses not only on forests and nature, but also on protecting the landscape and making it enjoyable for visitors. They have worked with this project for many years and warmly welcome volunteers to their beautiful areas.
İş Tanımı
Volunteers will engage in nature conservation tasks such as cutting, dredging, clearing paths, and haymaking. In the second week, both the location and host will change, but the type of work remains the same. Work takes place in two locations: Week 1 at Drentsche Aa National Park, Week 2 in other forestry areas in Drenthe.
Konaklama ve Yemek
During the Drentsche Aa forest and nature project, accommodation will be in tents provided by SIW, including air mattresses. We ask volunteers to bring their own sleeping bag and, optionally, a pillow. The site has cooking facilities, and the group will prepare their own meals. A large tent is available for cooking, eating, group activities, or relaxing. Sanitary facilities are well-maintained and comfortable.
