The youth and cultural association "Wemsical Serbia" was founded in August 2014 with the following
goals:
- education of young people, connecting talented youth with the professional world;
- development of the local community;
- development of civil society;
- informal education;
- encouraging the development of tourism;
- increasing the offer in the cultural life of Vojvodina;
- spreading the practice of tolerance;
- locating and presenting local cultural treasures.
Previous activities of the association:
- Malomfestival, Orom (Serbia) | 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025
- Association program that requires the most organizations every year. It is an incredibly significant force of building the community that Vetrenjača Festival has since it is not just a music festival, it is
in the case of a manifestation that includes an art camp that lasts for several weeks.
"EYA - European Youth in Action" aims at empowering European youth to make their voices heard by the decision makers on climate justice issues, through building of a structured path at European level for the engagement of youth. The project engages young people in expressing their vision on the Europe they want and on climate justice; increase knowledge and awareness on climate justice issues, improve competences in concrete actions for climate justice in three key related issues: energy transition, greenwashing, biodiversity.

All our volunteers work 4 hours a day, on different types of tasks:
- Parking and traffic regulation
- Working at the info desk
- Logistical and technical assistance throughout the festival
- Support for catering facilities

Accommodation:
In the area of our festival, camping in a special, shady place ona beautiful Vojvodina planes - with the provision of your own tents, matts and sleeping bags. If you can not bring your own tent or matt please inform us and we will be able to provide shared tents for the volunteers!
Meals: Three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in our own kitchen.

Imagine a fairy-tale, over 100-year-old windmill, surrounded by a truly friendly community. There is everything here: fields of oilseed rape, corn, swimming pool, horses, smiling faces.
