Agusto en Merida (Comfortable at Merida) is a festival inside the Classical Theatre Festival of Merida, in which there are workshops based on the rehearsing and performance of a classical themed play, without forgetting new ways of staging. This is where our International Dramatic Arts Workcamp participates, building a contemporary and multicultural performance from greek tragedies.
In this Workcamp not everything will be rehearsing and performing. On your free time you will be able to assist to performances that take place in the Roman Theatre and in other archeological sites in Merida. Guided visits to archeological sites: Theatre and Amphitheatre, National Roman Arts Museum, Arab Alcazaba, Roman Domus, Roman Hyppodrome, etc. Yinkana. Improvisation match.
