İş Tanımı
Our work will begin with four days of collaborative agricultural work alongside local families whose livelihoods depend on farming. Since this falls during the crucial planting season, volunteers will actively join the families in preparing the land and planting crops, offering direct support and experiencing the rhythm of rural life.Following the agricultural phase, we will pivot to cultural and educational exchange. This involves visiting key community groups, including a village youth group, members of the local women s group, and a nearby school.During these visits, volunteers will have a meaningful opportunity to share their personal storiescovering their lives, families, and home countries. This intentional exchange is designed to broaden horizons for the local community, offering them a unique window into different cultures, lifestyles, and perspectives from around the world. Ultimately, this cross-cultural sharing aims to inspire the community to envision new possibilities and paths for their own lives and future.
